Individual Genetic Variance and Carb Metabolism

There seems to be a big difference in how well people tolerate carbs.  On one end of the spectrum are the low carbers and they swear it is superior.  At the other end are the high carbers who stand by their approach.  This have even been seen in traditional cultures, i.e. the Inuits (5% carbs) and Kitavans (69% carbs).  So which is better?  It may depend on your genetic makeup, read here:
